    A very simple process

    Returning your Pummba is as easy as buying it:

  • Contact us and request a return.
  • Send us photos to see the state of your Pummba.
  • If you don't keep the boxes, we will send you some bags to put the modules inside.
  • The transport company will contact you to schedule the collection.
  • As soon as we collect the sofa we will return all the money you paid for it. And ready.

    • A few things to keep in mind:

  • We do not accept returns of sofas that are badly damaged or have major tears.
