Know our Guarantee

Our sofas are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of delivery. And, of course, there are no charges to repair, replace, or return a covered item. Without hidden expenses, without asking for receipts or unicorn blood, if you want to use it, you just have to contact us and that's it. And now, to the important thing:

What does the guarantee cover?

  • Fabric issues caused by manufacturing and workmanship defects, with confirmation that the covers have been cared for by following the cleaning steps outlined on the FAQ page.
  • Rips and tears generated during the manufacturing process or shipping
  • Broken metal frames and components
  • Broken zippers, chipped, cracked and peeling wood
  • Small burns and heat marks

    • What does your warranty NOT cover?

  • General wear and tear
  • fabric shrink
  • Pet Damage
  • odor removal
  • Stains resulting from acid, ink, wax, dyes, bleach (outside recommended use) or similar liquids.
  • Color fading, discoloration, or discoloration.
  • Pilling (formation of balls and fluff)
  • Natural disasters
  • fortuitous events
  • General product abuse
  • Theft or loss of the product
