No! Our business hours are Monday to Friday, including shipments by transport companies.

Clear! You can specify a delivery day and time with the 7-10 business day shipping method to your favorite room . As soon as your order has arrived at the agency closest to your home, the transport company will contact you to agree on the day and time of delivery. It is not possible to specify the delivery date and time with the 24-48 hour shipping method.

En caso de devolución desde las Islas Canarias, Córcega, Andorra, hay algunos costes adicionales que es importante tener en cuenta:

Los gastos extra de transporte no son reembolsables.

Esto incluye tanto el envío inicial como el coste del transporte de vuelta. A modo de ejemplo, si el envío tuvo un coste adicional de 100€, se descontará ese mismo importe por el retorno. En total, se descontarán 200€ del reembolso final.

Otros costes derivados del proceso tampoco se reembolsarán. Esto incluye posibles tasas aduaneras, impuestos locales, servicios de gestión de aduanas o almacenaje temporal en el centro logístico del lugar de destino.

Yeah! You can select delivery in 7-10 business days with antique sofa collection. The transport company will leave your Pummba at home, pick up your old sofa (which should be approximately the same size as the Pummba you bought) and take it to a collection point. This option costs €60.

If you choose delivery within 24-48 business hours, your Pummba will be delivered to you by CTT Express. If, on the other hand, you select 7-10 business days, the company in charge will be Tamdis.

Each module comes in a 90x90x50cm box and weighs 40 kg. If you have ordered a mini puff, it will go in a 93x49x43cm box with a weight of 15 kg.
In a one-module box, the following are included: the beanbag, the backrest cushion and the backrest (if you have selected arms, they are also included).
